The bedrooms are carpeted and the main living area is wood-grained ceramic tile for easy maintenance and a beautiful look. The Smart TV is available for your use and pleasure and the space has Wi-Fi service provide by Cox. The home is beautifully furnished and includes all the dishes, utensils and cookware needed to care for you eat-in experience as well as the basic spices needed for a great meal. For an additional fee, a professional cleaning staff will clean the place and change the linens weekly or bi-weekly. A garage door opener is available for use while you are there and the front door opens with a code and then allows for deadbolt locking from the inside. A digital thermostat controls the temperature as you prefer and traditional amenities are included along with a few extras to make your stay more enjoyable. This place is great for a weekend getaway, a week in town for an event or on business or a six-month or more home away from home. It is truly a Piece of Home when you have to be away from home for any time.

The property is fully furnished including dishes, utensils, cookware, basic spices, appliances ( including laundry) and amenties such as shampoo, soap, laundry detergent etc. Owner pays all utilities. There is a fenced backyard and pets are welcome (no pet deposit) There is a cleaning fee if the property is not let clean.
