If you are tired of the pace of life that comes with a bigger city and need to slow down, Guthrie is incredibly quaint and friendly. The property is 1 mile East of downtown, just a short bike ride or 15 minute walk to Hoboken Coffee Roasters, antique shops, restaurants, Red Brick Nights concerts, etc.

On this 1/5 of an acre lot is the perfect two- story family home. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath upstairs with the living, dining, kitchen, laundry and ¼ bath downstairs. Both floors have central heat and air. There is original hardwood flooring throughout and updated tile in the kitchen and baths. There have been many updates in the 3 years we have lived here.

The backyard has plenty of space to garden, have chickens and for the kids to play. Or if that is not your thing, there is plenty of space to entertain and enjoy the firepit and deck area. There is a small 10x8 work shop closer to the house and one metal storage building at the back of the property.

There are multiple houses being redone on this street which is exciting to see. But the best part is, this location is the perfect balance. You are just 1 mile from downtown but feel like you live outside of town because it is so peaceful and quiet. Plus, you have more privacy because the lots are bigger than they are in the core of Guthrie.
