We just remodeled our apartment with a WHOLE lot of LOVE to make YOU feel - Like our Apartment is a "OHANA" Style living... Your home away from home.... The Design layout of this kitchen was DESIGNED with the EASE & FLOW of How cooking should be: Accessible with lots of drawers & cabinets for your condiments and kitchen utensils.. We have counter style seating so you can whip up those 30 minute meals....
Our Kitchen is quite spacious that you can have a Round table in the sitting area...
The Living room is Quite Spacious so you can fit a LARGE sectional sofa or 2 sofas.... We have REAL Hardwood floors instead of carpet. The Bedrooms are quite spacious upstairs. They get a whole lot of natural sunlight... Two Full Bathrooms upstairs There is a 1/2 size Bathroom downstairs. We have a LARGE backyard that is "ZEN LIKE" that you can sit back and read a book or as the weather starts to get nice bring out the BBQ.... Come enjoy nature and watch the humming birds, blue jays and squirrels run up and down the trees.... We are landscaping our backyard as we speak (more updated photos will be posted...)
Laundry: Forget about dragging your clothes to the laundry mat and fumbling around for those quarters.... Laundry is right there in your unit. We are tucked in the heart of downtown Berkeley.... We are centrally located to UC Berkeley, AC Transit, Ashby BART. We do have off street parking assigned.
