Description

Most suitable for 1-2 people! No pets. This space would be perfect for traveling professionals! I am looking for a long term renter or someone for a few months at a time for my fully furnished attached unit with a separate entry. It has one living space with a pull out futon, 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a rollaway bed, and 1 full bath. It was previously an airbnb. A short distance to St. Joseph's hospital and shopping, it has its own private entrance with an outdoor bistro set. One bedroom has a small dining space with an entertainment area, kitchenette (fridge, microwave, portable dishwasher) and a closet. The other bedroom has a queen bed, plenty of closet space, and lots of natural light. The bathroom has plenty of counter space and a bathtub/shower. I take very good care of my home and would expect a tenant to do the same. Utilities included, including internet. No pets, and plenty of privacy, there is locked separation and no access to the other side of the house where my two kids (6 and 11 yrs old) and I live.

Home owner pays utilities and internet. Month to month lease, no smoking, no pets, parking on street. I have a quiet dog on my side of the house that has no access at all to the unit.
