Our duplexes are located one block east of Sandpiper Street in the Royal Harbor area of downtown Naples. They are newly renovated with new appliances, cute quiet private clean unfurnished; washer/dryer hookups two bedrooms and one bathroom. Outside the back door is a private fenced courtyard *(an additional 250 square feet of living space).

Pets are negotiable.

We are taking applications!

Landscaping maintained by landlord.

Non refundable application fee of 50 and references are required. A security deposit of 750 first month and last months rent are required for move in. Garbage is included; you pay for water electricity and cable.

Directions: south on Sandpiper Street from intersection of US 41 Davis Boulevard and Sandpiper Street. Turn left onto Carlton Avenue first right onto Carter Street. Second property on left blue and white duplex #1815 with white fenced in courtyard. Parking is available in front.

Tenant pays water, electric and cable, Lease is 6 months and a day and then goes month to month. Move in is first month, last month and damage deposit.

 A 10% penalty on rent is charged if you move out prior to 6 months and a day.
