  • Ramblinmama
"Quite, hardly any traffic, large open space, nice middle aged neighborhood. Can do what you want with house and yard because HOA is not present. Many trees in for shade and the the road has been resurfaced. There is absolutely very low crime and good neighborhood watch program. We have a nice PGA golf course close and and very nice end homes being built a few blocks away. Wild life is close but not bother some. Chickens are welcome only up to seven. Many birds owl and hawks fly around the yard keeping pest to a minimum."
  • Thornhill6
"Love the feel and look. Great local shops and restaurants. Nice friendly people. Great local artists and music. "
  • Amanda J.
"Most people and their dogs are super friendly and do their best to keep everyone happy and safe. Good dog owner etiquette"

"Great trails, safe, and doggie waste stations make it easy and pleasant. It’s a neat way to meet people too."
  • Julie.h.w
"I don'know. Loveland downtown is a good place to go. They have musical festivals during summer and ice and fire festivals during winter. "
  • Hope B.
"lots of places to walk your dog nice dog parks, dogs are always on leashes and they are quiet you don't hear dogs barking all the time. there are areas for your dogs to play and run "
  • Bnt G.
"We have planned events at the club house for all ages. An original group of ladies gather to celebrate birthdays."
  • Windy E.
"Usually pretty quick. Not a whole lot of traffic. I don’t know what else to say it isn’t bad at all. "
  • Lisasquire
"Corn festival and all of the sculpture park. Boyd Lake and The Art in the park event. Bike trails are nice too."
  • Matt H.
"Everyone has dogs. There is a park for kids and dogs. Potty stations in the neighborhood. Potty bags and trash stations. Very dog or kid friendly. "
  • Jennifer T.
"My neighborhood is part of the City of Loveland hiking trail. The area is very well maintained by both the neighbors and City of Loveland. The trail leads up to several parks and ponds. Boyd lake is less than a mile and a half up the trail from my house. McKee medical Center is 8 blocks away. Because the hospital shares the same power grid as my neighborhood we rarely have power outages. in fact there has only been one power outage in the 20 years I've lived here."
  • Rhcpotts
"There's been a pizza party, pool party, and Halloween party ai far this year. Move to come in near future."
  • Carol F.
"There’s tons of great parks for dogs. Most home owners don’t want dogs peeing on or near their yard. Same with local businesses. "
  • Debra P.
"people from nearby neighborhoods walk their dogs in my neighborhood. This causes the dogs on my street to bark much more than they did a couple years ago (before all the houses were built)"
  • Stephanie J.
"We have been here 2yrs and the area looks nice but there are weekly overdoses, police calls and attempted car break ins. The traffic here is absolutely ridiculous, and I'm from California!!!"
  • Julie h. w.
"This community has good floor plans. People live in this community are nice and friendly. This community is new and clean. People take care of their back yards."
  • Kenziskye628
"It’s a very diverse neighborhood. The city has a good bus system. The city as a whole has nearly no diversity. Slowly getting very crowded but I believe they are trying to accommodate. Used to be a purely retirement area with a few families but they are working on making it a more young people and family friendly area. "
