We have an unfurnished studio apartment rental available right off of Highway 128 in Philo. It's an easy walk to to Lemon's Market or any of the tasting rooms, as well as the Navarro River. Gorgeous setting with tons of trees and wildlife.
The apartment has a nice small kitchen and full bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and kitchen. There is shared free laundry. There is one common wall in the unit and it gets nice light.
On the property there is a large shared garden, a greenhouse and picnic area, as well as hiking trails. Beautiful views of the redwoods nearby and killer sunsets! There is plenty of parking on the property for you and visitors.
Looking for a long term, respectful tenant who is quiet and stable. No smoking or drugs. A credit check will be done with the application.
INCLUDED in the rent is heat, electricity, propane, shared laundry and water. Utilities, especially PGE, are expensive, and THIS IS ALL INCLUDED IN THE RENT.
Good internet is available for $20 month.
Cats ok. No smoking - No drugs.
There may be availability of also renting an additional workshop / office / music or art studio on the property as well. Let us know if you are interested in that.

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have been at this school from kindergarden to fifth grade.The teachers teach the kids who speak Spanish english, but don't teach the kids who speak English spanish. Also, a few days ago my teacher hit me really hard on the head for asking an absent minded question when meaning to say something else. 4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is not all that great. My 2 children absolutely hate this school and town and I can't wait to get them into something they will enjoy. They have lived locally most their lives and still have to deal with bullying" friends". The Jr high doesn't monitor anything the kids are doing. I know of high school students getting caught with pot and getting slapped on the wrists. My youngest has come home several times crying from how these other kids are treating him and he thinks it's because he is not Hispanic that they are picking on him. Its good school to teach the Spanish speakers English, but not a wise choice for English kids.Parent Review12y ago
