About this House

Freshly remodeled interior with brand new appliances all the way around. Beautiful and already furnished with a couch and chairs in the living room/dining room. + huge TV. (can bring your own furnishing too up to you). Large front yard private to you with a brand new fence all the way around. Great for pets! Yard is maintained free of charge, included in the lease! Lots of parking space. Large single car garage! Shared large back yard that borders Willamette High School's humongous practice fields. Located off of Barger conveniently next to schools, eateries, grocery stores and more. Pictures aren't great, I took them from a video I had before the current renters. Contact me for more photos/ a video of the whole inside, photos listed don't do a whole lot of justice. Available immediately. Looking for someone who can move in quickly hoping by mid January or as late as Feb 1st but the sooner the better.

    "it's a nice area and safe. bus route close by and lots of close shopping. Not much need for a car. Medical aide very close by and ambulane station in neighborhood. Have never had anything stolen or any threats in the area. Schools nearby. I walk to WinCo which is open 24 hours which is great . Traffic is tolerable and roads kept up well. "
