This is a beautiful home located just a short walk from the beach on a private road with NO STREETS TO CROSS and has gulf views from the street! It is a spacious, four-bedroom, three-bath house.

HIGH SPEED INTERNET-WiFi

When returning from the beach take a dip in the large, private, 16-foot by 32-foot pool or take an outside shower and enjoy the large wraparound deck upstairs or the downstairs deck/dance floor for additional fun and entertainment. The large gas grill, Bistro tables, swivel chairs, and chaise lounges add to your comfort. In the mood to shop? Silver Sands outlet mall is within walking distance. It also features full court basketball. NO PETS!

Welcome to 'SUMMERWIND'

Bedding: king-size bedroom, queen and bunks, sofa in living room. Two full baths, kitchen. Downstairs has a queen-size bed and a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds. A kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator and another bathroom. The laundry room is separate.
