Home available Dec 1. (Post comes down immediately after signing contract.) Monthly rent $1050 and deposit is $1,000. Michael Lane is a quiet, dead end street. The home is on one acre of land and has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The flooring is hardwood throughout, with the exception of the kitchen & washroom which are vinyl, and the bathroom which is ceramic tile. It has central heat and air, dishwasher, and refrigerator. It is a pet free & smoke free home.....so NO PETS ALLOWED. Very clean home. Requirements: Clean background check, work at same job for at least 6 months prior to applying, good present rental history with rent comparable to our rental charge, good references from employers and past landlords, and sufficient income to afford the home. This home is surrounded by homeowners; therefore, in respect of them, the yard/porch must stay neat and we don't allow people who will disrupt the peace of the neighbors with loud music, etc. The utilities and lawn care are the responsibility of the tenant~lawn is to be kept cut and neat, the yard/porch are not to be cluttered. We are presently taking applications and once a person is approved, we then show the home.
