Owner pays for water, gas, sewage, pest control, waste, and lawn care. Renters are responsible for electricity and cable/internet. Lease lengths go from 6 months to a full year (12 months). Deposits range from $0 to $400 depending on the past two years of credit history and rental history. We are pet friendly and accept dogs and cats of all sizes! There is an one time non-refundable pet fee of $300 for the first pet and $150 for the second pet.*Prices are subject to change without notice.
