$399 MOVE IN JULY 2018.....this great unit is located in quiet neighborhood close to Longview transit route....it has private backyard, in the front parking, has big windows which allow plenty of natural lighting, updated lighting and flooring, plenty cabinets and counter space. Applications can be submitted on line at townhousesouth.com or at our leasing office. Applications are $50 per individual and $65 for couples and admin fee of $50 that is required before app can be processed.

Holding fee is required to hold an apartment while application is being processed. Tenant is responsible for electric and partial pest and waste control which is $8.90 per month. A lease can be signed for 7 months to 12 months.
