However, the administration consistently ignores teacher advice regarding important issues like curriculum changes and scheduling. Administrators who have little or no experience in subject areas make decisions regarding curriculum, frequently against the advice of veteran teachers who are experts in their fields. Administrators often make changes for reasons like "making scheduling easier" or because a small number of parents demand some change.
