I'm looking for someone to take over the lease for my 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom house in a quiet, friendly neighborhood in Chico. The lease runs through October 2025, with the option to renew. Rent is $1,600/month (no utilities included). I'm hoping to have the lease taken over between May 1 and June 1 possibly sooner.

This home is perfect for a young professional and is just a 5-minute drive to both Enloe Medical Center and Chico State University. It features:

The property is managed by Blue Oak Property Management, and any potential subletter will need to apply with them and meet their requirements (credit check, proof of income, application fee, etc.). New tenants will also be required to pay a security deposit, which will be settled between the outgoing and incoming tenants.
