You may check out a key to view the property with a $25 (refundable) cash deposit and your government issued photo ID. Key checkout is available Monday through Friday from 8 am until 3 pm (excluding holidays). You must come to our office to check out a key. Our office is located at: 1535 J Street, Suite B Modesto, California

The application fee is $45 per person, accepted in cash only. Bring exact change please. In order to apply you will need: -Driver's License/ID -Social Security Card (Copies will not be accepted for ID and Social Security Card. Please bring originals.) -2 months proof of income (pay-stubs) Incomplete applications will not be accepted!

    "This neighborhood is well lit for the most part at night. Everyone keeps their yard maintained. We have families and homeowners of all ages and all are active in walking through the neighborhood, riding bicycles and walking their dogs. Our neighborhood is quiet and without drama. I feel safe walking around at night. The only major complaint I have about the neighborhood I live in now, is that vehicles have a tendency to not realize how fast they going intentionally or not it can be frustrating. All in all I love living here. The elementary school is just a few blocks away for my son to attend and for my daughter to catch the bus. That is another fantastic perk about this neighborhood, the public transportation, MAXX bus is literally just around the corner!! I live within walking distance of two different parks. I am close to the shopping center, pharmacy, retail stores and almost every type and kind of fast food you could imagine."
