"Safety is more important than anything else in the world today. We all need a place to stay and feel scared "
  • Trulia User
"Not really familiar with local events, we tend to stay indoors. We did take our kids to get candy last night and it was nice."
  • Trulia User
"there are many families and in this neighborhood there are many different stores in Transit and Park. "
  • Trulia User
"I Like it all people are nice and very clean quiet neighborhood peaceful no problems no dog problems "
  • Trulia User
"Around the area it’s good but to and from Baltimore no good the only thing we have is the Marc Train and no weekend schedule "
  • Trulia User
"That there are alot of other dog owners and walkers in the neighborhood, there are many parks and alot of recreational area to play with their dogs..."
  • Trulia User
"There IS public transportation, but I've never used it. The bus does come to the back corner of the neighborhood, but im from Baltimore... so public transportation out here is 300% different than what I'm used to. But I drive so I've never never dealt with Harford Co trans. personally..."
  • Myles.holliday14
"I’ve lived in this area for the past 20+ years near Flying Point Park and it is a really nice part of Edgewood to raise children and it’s a pretty quiet and close knit community. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to move in the area to look into Harbor Oaks, Lord Willoughby’s Rest, Otter Creek Landing, or Forest Oaks!"
  • Trena T.
"Good schools and events for kids via scooby doo and other programs. Many local agencies available to assist if you reach out for the help. Many friendly services. Community Yard Sales. A lot of kids but not saturated. Much available to balance any new family. "
  • Heather M.
"Not much access to bus line. To get around you must have car. Plenty of jobs in the area. The train does run frequently."
  • Shirlenecoleman26
"like it. it good neighbor and good peolecl because everyone stay there self and the kids are ok everyone there yard clean "
  • A.strader24
"Not the best schools in my opinion. Also certain areas can be really sketchy and I wouldn’t trust letting my kids run freely outside of our court."
  • James H.
"Yes they would and do like it. Many walk their dogs and pickup after them.nice yards and homes, quiet and peaceful."
  • Trena T.
"Plenty of other dogs and friendly and responsible owners here. Room to roam and get great walks in as well. "
  • Jvcorprew83
"Renting in the nicer area of Edgewood is much more pricey for the little extra space you get. I wish there were more 4 bedroom 2 bathroom houses in the area but there aren’t many at all. There are some gang related activities going on in Edgewood all together not many playgrounds for little children or swimming pools."
  • Rc11vb
"The neighborhoods are often trashy, so you have to be careful of what your pets get into. I’ve had trash thrown over my fence. "
  • Walter T.
"I have lived here for the past 5 years I enjoy the area, neighborhoods are cool and it close to highway "
  • Dionbailey7
"There are a lot of dog owners in the neighborhood. There aren’t any dog parks or anything. But you can take a short drive to The Marina and let the dog play there. "
  • Ziggymost
"Kid and pet friendly neighborhood. Most people care about the community in which they live. Most of the neighbors are friendly."
  • Cheryl G.
"pet friendly with dog parks and people mostly clean up behind their pets. Plenty of things to do with your pet and great training areas. "
  • Cheryl G.
"it's a great neighborly community that I spent 28 years I. before relocating for career purposes but would.love to return and purchase a home here"
  • Cheryl G.
"school drives, and children centered programs along with adult activities and parks and recreation. plenty place to eat, drink and be merry."
  • Jeremy M.
"I do see a good amount of people walking their dogs. The neighborhoods need more animal waste stations. it would be nice to have a trail to walk my dogs"
  • Angela Roberta Cantu Reeder
"I've lived in Edgewood for 16 years. Forest Oaks Community is nice neighborhood and we look out for each other."
  • Nickeahoward
"Had gotten a lot better over the years. I suggest you stay to yourself and you will be just fine living here. "
  • Dig1214
"Close to schools. Neighborhood is fairly new. Shopping and 95 close. Close to military base can sometimes be noisy."
  • Sonya S.
"The majority of my neighbours are wonderful, of course there are a few who leave little to be desired. I'm not happy with the mobile home park I live in but that's because of the new owners. It's become way too expensive to live here so I'm afraid to say that I'm looking for a new place to live. "
  • Jordanlyons320
"My neighborhood is unique for the simple fact when its need we are here for each other and we protect the kids when need be. "
  • Korrey E.
"Beautiful atmosphere. It’s many places for the kids to go and run around. The schools are nice. There is a lot of wild life and it a great area. "
