The guest house includes linens, bedding and in unit full size washer and dryer. Warm up in the winter around the cozy gas stove.
There are 2 bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and large closets, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower. The guest house has a private entrance and detached from the house. The unit is located above the garage.
The guest house is well lit with large windows allowing for plenty of natural light. Unwind on the balcony and enjoy the views. The property is fully fenced, and a small yard is available for the guest house.
One garage space is included for your vehicle, and off-street parking is available for a second. Unrestricted guest parking on the street.
Easy access to downtown via car, bike or walking the Burke Park / Peets Hill Trails.
Six-month or longer rental agreement is $2,250 per month, includes water, trash and wi-fi. Short term 30-day minimum, rental rate is $2,450 per month and includes utilities. Preference is given for long-term rental.
No pets, one dog lives in the owner-occupied main house.

Owner pays for water, sewer, trash and WiFi. Tenant is responsible for gas & electric. Tenant is responsible for snow shoveling the walkway to the guesthouse. Owner maintains yard and driveway. One garage space for a car or truck is included and 1 off street parking space is available. Guest parking is available on street. Pets are negotiable with references, deposit and pet rent.
