About this House

This is a rare find as this is a large room in the backyard of an adorable house, centrally located in Alameda. This room is a separate from the main house so you don't have to share walls and includes a loft which is ideal for storage. You can enter through the side gate to your own private door or through the main house. You also can use the garage for workshop/ motorcycle storage! Great space for makers/ hobbyists/ laborers. Dog/cat could be considered but would need to be approved by my friendly pup Mendo :)

Room rental includes full access to the house which features a vibey living room, dining room, large kitchen with cute breakfast nook and lovely retro shared bathroom. There is closet storage space and basement storage space available. The yard is well maintained by the main tenant, if gardening is your thing then there's space for that. Cute backyard features a nice patio and garden beds. Washer and Dryer and dishwasher, what luxuries! The neighborhood is family friendly, quiet and just about as safe as you're going to come by in the Bay Area. Street parking is ample and you can use the driveway when needed. Other bills are internet, water, power, gas.

1 year is ideal but could possibly do 6 months
Must complete background check and credit check for approval by landlord
Must have good credit and rental history
