Clean and attractive 3BR, 1BA home with fenced in yard, central AC and gas furnace. Eat-in kitchen and utility room with washer/dryer hookups. Driveway with off-street parking. Quiet neighborhood close to Buckroe Beach, Hampton University and Langley AFB.

Property is available to a clean, responsible tenant with verified good rental history and sufficient income ( $35,000 /yr). No pets allowed. Prospective tenants must pass initial screening and background check that reviews income, employment, criminal history, judgements and evictions. NO EVICTIONS OR RECENT JUDGEMENTS
 Section 8 is accepted if recipient works.

Viewings are scheduled after candidate makes application. Pictures of property are recent and show condition. Application process involves an initial screening to weed out unqualified candidates and an in-depth review of income (last two paystubs), rental history and background check. There is a $25 application fee for each adult applicant. The application fee covers the cost of performing the background check and verifying income and rental history. The application fee is due after candidate views the property.
