There is ample storage space and a large closet in each 2nd floor bedroom. There is a fenced back yard and the landlord takes care of yard work. This home also has a large front porch. No pets allowed. This home is located within walking distance of Kroger and is on the bus line. It is a great family home! I work 30 mins up north in Springdale which is a 25 mile drive. In 30 mins I could probably make it down to Williamstown, KY. South of MLK Street can be a bit unsafe just fyi."
