"It’s honestly a great part to live at you have a lot of local business connected on west main, great restaurants and few nearby elementary, middle, and high schools. It’s extremely quiet and people are friendly and outgoing."

"I've lived in the Paterson/Douglas neighborhood for 10-yrs. now. Quiet, except on the 4th. of July. Neighborhood is transitioning back to grand old owner-occupied homes. Douglas Ave. is only busy during the AM and PM "rush" hours, and then reverts back to lazy traffic. Maybe the best thing about the neighborhood is that the real estate is still affordable, (temporarily)."
