"Lots of families around. The playground at Lincoln Park is full of kids and families from sun up to sun down. I’d say every other house has a family in it. Lots of chalk drawings on the sidewalk. "
  • Maddielozinski1
"Easy access to public transportation, when no construction short commute to downtown and mall district and west Duluth"
  • Fludbudd
"It’s dog friendly as long as you clean up behind them. Lot’s of well mannered dogs . Only problem. No dog park in the area. "
  • Matt M.
"There are good hiking trails and paths for walking your dog. The dogs in the neighborhood are leashed and friendly. "
  • Fludbudd
"It’s quiet slow pace most of the time. Petty crime mostly. Things like car windows broken. Garage trespassing petty theft in the area but it’s livable "
  • Blmaruska
"Lincoln Park great trail and park for dogs. Dogs in yards are leashed. Most streets are residential and slow. Good for dogs. "
  • Elora W.
"They would not like unleashed dogs as there are lots of dogs in the neighborhood. Most people are respectful about their animals in the community."
  • Kia V.
"Our neighborhood has a lot of different walks of life. The bus routes are strong and reliable. The night time isn’t always the safest in this area."
  • Dayton U.
"On the boarder of a higher crime area. Middle school up the street, resulting in some vandalism by kids as the walk home from school in loud groups."
  • Kyra
"This neighborhood is very family friendly and welcoming. My neighbors are very friendly and helpful and the bus line is very close and easy to get to work."
  • Nick F.
"Neighbors walking dogs daily, best not to keep them outside alone though as mailman tends to complain about the barking even if they are behind a enclosed fence. "
  • Neilartcaron
"Great spot for dogs! Not a lot of traffic, and access to the Superior Hiking Trail. The only downside is lack of dog friendly fields or parks to play ball/frisbee."
  • Ttr d.
"Lots of places to walk your dog. Many parks, especially beautiful Lincoln Park and many nearby trails. Most people seem conscientious of picking up after their dogs, but still a lot don’t. Negative is bad sidewalks and unkept homes to walk by in certain areas. "
  • Scottadamski
"I grew up here and would like to make this my permanent home but rent is very high compared with the wages earned."
  • Lillirose113
"The neighbors are a hoot. From possessive parking spot on the street to not obeying leash laws. There’s always something to make your eyes roll."
  • m l.
"Quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, easy access to freeway, 15 minutes or less to anywhere. "
