Although most of these homes were built in the 50's most of them are kept up to standard.a friendly, dog walking neighborhood. Lots of trees so hard to have full sun for growing sun loving plants."

    "I have lived here since may 2007. I find this area/neighborhood safe, quiet and beautiful. There are lots of big trees and the lots are spacious. One of the biggest benefits that I enjoy living here is that it's just a few blocks walk to Hamlin park (a 100 acre public park.) I feel like I am in the deep woods when I am in the park and my dogs love it! Also, the City of Shoreline is well run and does many things to do community building ( example: monthly newsletter, annual parade)"
