"Top rated schools and beautiful waterfront properties are just the start. Downtown Wayzata properties have great shops and new restaurants within walking distance. Take the children or grandchildren to the depot to watch the toy trains or hang out at the beach park in the summer. There is a wonderful outdoor city rink for ice skating in the winter. Bike trails and public transit are convenient. Wayzata is a great place to be for any family of any ages."
