All utilities are included except for internet. Street parking is amply available. No yard to care for. No smoking/vaping. NO pets as there are people with allergies on the property. No separate mailing address from the main house, so a PO box is required for mail. Perfect for a student or working professional. Price assumes single occupancy for utilities. 1 year lease.

Property Tour available by appointment. No applications will be accepted without a tour. Good credit and 2x rental income required.
