Tenant pays utilities (electricity, water, sewer, trash/recycling pickup). Security System installed. Two parking spaces including garage. Two small pets allowed. No Smoking. Come enjoy beautiful Lake Champlain with its glorious sunrises and sunsets!

Renter is responsible for utilities (trash/recycle pickup, water, sewer, electricity), Owner pays for snow removal and lawn care. Two small pets allowed (under 20 pounds). No smoking. A total of two parking spaces are allotted. One-car detached garage included. Beach access stairway next to townhouse. Sandy beach great for morning jogs and walking.
