The kitchen is very spacious with plenty of cabinet space. There are laundry hookups for a washer and dryer located in the bathroom. The heat for this unit is an oil furnace that heats the unit with forced hot water.

Renter is responsible for heat, hot water, trash removal, and electricity. Landlord is responsible for cold water and snow removal. Each unit will get at least one off street parking spot.
