Description

I am selling my mobile home- this is a 1978 Liberty Peerless. 2 bedroom, 1 bath. 14x66.

I have done A LOT of work to this home:

New roof and drip edge 2018
New furnace & water heater 2017(furnace was also just serviced)
New sub flooring in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms in 2018
New flooring through out the whole place in 2018
New bathtub / shower 2021
All new appliances 2019
Small bedroom sheet rocked in 2020
New porch boards in 2021

The home runs on K1 which was just filled, and the home stays comfortable. I have only ever kept it between 65-70 degrees and usually only need to fill the tank once.

Heating tape is on, and ready to go for the winter. I will say you’re close to busy roads and the hospital, so you don’t lose power much, & if you do it’s not for long.

This home is located in a Mobile Home Park. The park is now owned by Sun Communities and they’re working on updating the park. Lot rent is $392, water/sewer is a separate charge. All roads were just paved, a mailbox house is being installed, driveways will be getting paved, and they’re planning to do more!

You must be able to pass a credit & background check. There is a $20 fee for both for anyone over the age of 18 living in the home. It is all subject to credit, and an entrance fee may be required.

I am asking $28,500 OBRO. The home will be sold AS IS WHERE IS. NO RENT TO OWN, RENTING, or OWNER FINANCING!!!

We will need 30 days to move out of the property.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Trulia. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.

"Drug addicts and drunks for neighbors, no real industrial sector - only jobs are in medical field or fast food / retail. Taxes are extremely high. I have never lived anywhere else that had taxes this high. We plan on moving as soon as we can. Coming to Augusta was a mistake."
