About this House

Freshly painted with new vinyl wood floors. Absolutely wonderful quiet neighborhood. Fenced in back yard with spacious deck. Home has a fire place in a vaulted ceiling living room. Nice kitchen with a separate dining area. Big bedrooms and plenty of closet space. Double car garage.

12 month lease, with a month to month lease after that. I will not bind you to anything after 12 months. Rent is due on the 1st and late by the 5th. We work extremely hard to keep our properties in tip top shape so tenants help in that is absolutely necessary. Report all things needing repaired when they break and we will repair immediately. If its something tenant it liable for, we still require you to contact us to for repairs even though the cost of such repairs might fall back to tenant. We want you happy in your home.     "The lark nearby doesn’t allow dogs, and there are no sidewalks, but the neighborhood is still nice to walk your dog in and doesn’t have much traffic. There’s also a bike path with in driving distance that is good for walking dogs. "
