"Some dogs aren’t always on the leash. Haven’t been attacked but I don’t like having to walk around the neighborhood with a defensive stick for neighbors dogs"

  • Smyrna Lover
"Smyrna is a family-friendly, close-knit town full of town pride. Smyrna is especially fond of its high school football team. The games and parades typically bring out the entire town. Smyrna’s location in the center of the state makes it a perfect place if you want the calm, inviting and relaxing atmosphere but be close to larger cities and all their amenities. Smyrna just may be the best value for perspective home buyers looking for a new home that will surely appreciate as the years go on. "

"Quite community, schools are local and the grocery store is 5 mins away. The apartments are held you beautifully and Lessing office is amazing "

  • Abby M.
"People are always walking their dogs, playing with them, I dislike that not everyone cleans up the dog poop. Kids play outside and if it’s in front of your apartment neighbors blame you. I also dislike there isn’t a dog park in our complex, I know if it was there a lot of people would use it and the dogs will get out more often because of how close it would be."

"Though there is one outdoor/State park nearby, it’s enjoyable but fairly small. Being a single dad who enjoys outdoor activity, I found it challenging and consider it a difficult area for outdoor activity "

"this is a great area to raise a family - our lot is a premium lot - you will never have neighbors behind you - we are in a cul de sac - the neighbors are very kind and helpful. we have southern exposure to that back - our lot is large and fenced in - perfect for dogs - kids - and life."

"This is a wonderful area for families; close enough to the beach, parks, and big cities for day adventures. Far enough away from it to avoid the congestion it all brings! Best of both worlds. Plenty of local activities if you take the time to look for it..."
