Description

Spacious one bedroom upper level Rollingwood unit, with its own private entrance! Well maintained, immaculately clean, tastefully decorated unit. The kitchen has a large pantry, and a good sized breakfast nook/dining area. There is also a separate dining room, adjoining a large living room. Rooms are bright and spacious, and unit has hardwood floors throughout, except kitchen and bathroom. The living room walks out to a nice private deck, to add a little outdoor space. The bedroom is also a good size, and has a large double closet, and a linen closet. The bathroom is updated, with a tile floor, newer vanity, and granite counter top. There is a newer stackable washer/drier also tucked into the bathroom, which is very convenient. Landlord requires two months security, one month in advance, no pets or smoking, and good credit. Rollingwood is a very well maintained complex, convenient to shopping, entertainment, and restaurants, yet provides a serene and peaceful setting to call home!

"neighbors are helpful and friendly. quiet set back surroundings make for privacy yet open community with great western views"
  • Sudmurph
"We’re a small community in a small town. We know each other, wave to each and help each other. During a recent storm which left a lot of property damage, within moments of the storm ending, people took to the streets to check on one another. What makes my community great, is we are a beach community in on a gorgeous lake. Life is good in this neighborhood. "
  • kenweiland
"Very quiet cul-de-sac with Great shopping all around!"
  • martinjcoffey
"Great area, 3 miles from Interstate 84 for commuting; close to several large stores, BJ's Wholesale Club, Costco, Kohls, Sleepy's, pharmacies CVS and Rite Aid, several day spas to relax and rejuvenate. Community is a great walking community, children playing and laughing such a beautiful sound, can hear the lake gentle rolling on the beach. Playground, ball field, vollley ball set up. Private boat docks for residents, lots of summer fun on the lake and fishing, if the ice hardens enough in the winter will see snow mobiles and fishermen on the frozen lake. Wonderful, wonderful area to live!"
  • kenweiland
"This street is a quiet cul-de-sac and only minutes to every shopping convenience possible. Great schools, safe area and young families in a community street that is only 7 years old."
  • pegsenanayake
"Brookfield is an excellent place to live with low crime and plenty of nearby shopping. Isabels Way is a safe and friendly neighborhood. Plenty of programs for retirees. Elderly are respected and looked after."
