About this House

The kitchen has a refrigerator, electric range, generous oak cabinetry and a double sink, and opens directly to a bright dining area finished in new luxury vinyl plank. A large main-level living room anchors the home, one of the two full baths has a double vanity, and the bedrooms are split between the main floor and the upper level. Central air conditioning, a smart home system with security alarm, washer and dryer hookups, a detached one-car garage and off-street driveway parking round it out.

Residents are responsible for utilities, lawn care, internet, cable, and renter's insurance. Utilities are billed through our utility management program, which starts service, covers deposits, and pays the utility companies. Residents reimburse actual water, gas, and electric usage. Program cost: $40 one-time setup plus $11.99 per month. Fixed monthly charges: trash $22, alarm/smart home monitoring $53.15, preventative pest control $20.

Advertised rent reflects a 2-year lease. A refundable security deposit equal to one month's rent holds the unit after approval. Everyone 18 and over must apply; application is $50 per person. Applications are reviewed for employment, income, savings, credit score and history, background check, and rental history. Last month's rent in advance may be required.

Appliances are provided as courtesy items and maintained by the tenant. Washer/dryer available to rent for an additional fee. Pets welcome: $250 one-time fee plus $50/month, per pet.

Not all Springfield is bad. Also the ymca is a good community even center to. This is my home town and there is still good left in this town. Not all is bad. Also the soup kitchen where it feeds the homeless and also gives the people clothes. There is also basketball courts where the community can get together and play basketball and enjoy it and have fun. There’s a skate park also where younger kids skate and ride there bikes at. There is a lot of bike trails and fields to play sports "
