THE HOME
Four separate bedrooms (King, Queen, Queen, Twin) plus two full baths and a half bath. The upstairs primary suite has water views on three sides, a renovated four-piece bathroom with double vanity and soaking tub, and a custom walk-in wardrobe. Downstairs is an open living room, a full kitchen with granite island and breakfast area, and a separate study with a door a real workspace, not a corner of a bedroom. Hardwood floors throughout, central air, in-unit washer and dryer.

PARKING
One-car garage plus four off-street spaces, so five vehicles fit comfortably, with room for a boat or trailer. Rare for the area and genuinely useful if you are a household with several drivers.

OUTSIDE
Sandy beachfront steps from the door. Kayak out to Hawkins Pond. Crab off the back of the property. Grandview Nature Preserve is a short walk three miles of undeveloped beach and marsh, and the best birding on the Peninsula. Quiet golf-cart community with almost no through traffic.

WHAT'S INCLUDED
Wi-Fi and trash are included in the rent. Tenant covers electricity and water. Fully furnished at no extra cost.

GOOD TO KNOW
Pets welcome. Security deposit $1,750. Flexible on start date. We work regularly with relocating families, corporate and contractor teams, and can provide a rate letter, W-9 or certificate of insurance if your employer needs paperwork.

There is an exterior security camera at the entry, pointed outward, and none anywhere inside.

Lease term: 6 or 12 months, furnished. Longer terms welcome and preferred.

Utilities: Wi-Fi and trash are included in the rent. Tenant is responsible for electricity and water. Nothing to set up or transfer for internet.

Furnishings: the home is rented fully furnished at no additional cost, including linens, towels, dishes, cookware, and small appliances. If you would prefer it unfurnished, ask and we can discuss.

Deposit: $1,750, refundable, due at signing along with the first month's rent.

Pets: welcome, up to two. No breed or size restriction. A one-time pet fee applies; assistance animals are exempt.

Smoking: not permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or out.

Parking: one-car detached garage plus four off-street spaces. No street parking needed. Room for a boat or trailer.

Maintenance: owner handles all repairs, HVAC servicing, and exterior upkeep. Tenant is responsible for routine yard care and replacing light bulbs and filters.

Screening: we run a standard background and credit check on all adult applicants, applied uniformly. Income of roughly three times the rent, or an employer letter, relocation contract, or insurance placement letter if a company is paying.

Paperwork: we can provide a signed lease, rate letter, W-9, or certificate of insurance if your employer or insurer needs documentation.
