On the main level you will find the attached garage and half bath. The kitchen has granite countertops & stainless-steel appliances. Dining area has double doors leading to the back patio and yard. The living room is next to the open dining area and has lots of natural light.

The HOA maintains the yard and covers water, sewer, and trash.

Any additional renter's insurance may be secured at the tenant's own expense and is not mandatory. Tenant benefit package is for up to 2 adults on the lease, each additional adult is $10 a month.

    "There are a lot of fenced yards, both front and back. Many of the homes are dog friendly with nearby dog parks. However, there are also a lot of owners that let their dogs run leash free on their walks that do not have good recall. There are also a lot of dogs that jump fences when they’re larger breeds and the fences are not high enough for them and can cause territorial issues. My smaller dog has been attacked several times in her own yard. "

    "I would guess about 1/2 of the people here have dogs. They’re all very friendly. We have an HOA that requires they be on a leash and owners must clean up all dog poop. Everyone seems to follow the rules very well. I don’t personally have a dog but I don’t mind any of the dogs being outside. I can never hear dogs barking from inside my house, I can only hear a dog if I’m outside at the same time as the dog or have windows opened. "
