The upstairs BR is a loft with a nice big closet and bath. Downstairs is a second bedroom and another full bath off the kitchen. It could be a bedroom, TV room or office. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer. Approved pets welcome!
We are a fully operational horse farm with just 12 horses on an expansive farm property. The property is beautifully kept with prairieland, horse pastures and farmland. Truly a wonderful place to live if you enjoy the countryside yet only 15-20 minutes away from Verona and Madison.
Bring your horse! I have one space open for mare or gelding, board is $750 per month.

Owner pays for water and trash. Tenant pays for gas and electric.
Credit score minimum not required however a credit check is performed to look at credit history: ontime payments, no open collections, or bankruptcy in the last 5 years.
Pets are $30 a month per pet upon approval.
There is no smoking inside the unit.
One year lease is month to month with 60 days notice.
