I found a top administrator, new to our community, to be belligerent and combative in discussion rather than professional as we used to have with a prior individual.I found their demeanor, way of speaking and responses extremely troubling. In the case of my concern, proper processes were not followed. When I attempted to advocate for my childs rights, respectfully, it appears - in my opinion - that this individual directly retaliated and did something very questionable. I feel they are not a safe, kind or truthful person. The retaliation continued afterward as well.No parent should feel that advocating for their child could result in retaliation. This persons behavior actually made me fear for my childs safety in the school as they are in a high position of power and I feel they want to retaliate further.
