Encinitas is easy to get around by bike or car. There is free parking in front of the house and you can rent a house bike and get downtown in a few minutes. Downtown San Diego is about a 20-minute drive from the apartment.
The maximum occupancy is 2. The minimum age for check-in is 21 years old. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book and stay at our property. For security and safety reasons, unregistered guests are not permitted on the property at any time. If you plan to have visitors, inform us in advance for approval. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to respect the comfort of all our guests. A Smart TV is provided, and access to popular streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, and Peacock is possible using your own login information. Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property, and a penalty of $200 will be charged for any violation of this policy.

    "The neighborhood is a mix of retired people and new families. It’s not as communal as other cities I’ve lived in with many people driving in and out of the community and then staying inside or in their backyard. The gates parks prohibit kids meeting there unless they belong to an association. It’s odd to see a gated park that children cannot play on , meet new kids that live across the street, etc. I’m used to larger cities where there are more public places to gather, meet your neighbors, and create a stronger community."
