By car it is about 15 minutes / 6 miles to downtown Oceanside / Pier / Oceanside Transit Center, or an hour to the Mexico Border/CBX.

This has always been a private family residence and there is a functional chicken coop on site in case you choose to enjoy the experience of having chickens and fresh eggs each morning.

The house is great for individuals or smaller families due to the single bathroom, but is particularly well suited for families raising a newborn or young kids since the baby room, which can also be used as a studio or office, is directly adjacent to the master bedroom making it twice as big. It has a living room and a family room and an open, bright layout that sees into the kitchen that has plenty of cabinet storage. Renter pays for utilities. First and last months rent due at signing, in addition to a security deposit equal to one month's rent.
