Room Description

I have two unfurnished rooms available in my 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome in Tustin, close to the 5 and 55 freeway.

- 1 bedroom has a private bathroom for $1325 + utilities
- 1 bedroom is much larger (9ft x 17.5ft, 2 windows, 2 closets) but with a shared bathroom (with me) for $1250 + utilities

Full access to shared living spaces including the first floor bathroom, kitchen, living room, patio, in-home washer/dryer, in-home gym (includes functional trainer, bench, adjustable weights, hack squat/leg press, and rowing machine).

Outdoor amenities include a community pool and basketball court. 1 guaranteed parking spot per room.

I am a Stanford graduate in my early 30's who works in education. My hobbies include running, reading, making art, watching tv, playing board/video games, and coaching.

I am looking for responsible, LGBTQ+ friendly, and pet friendly roommates (I have two medium size dogs who are affectionate).

Overnight guests are welcomed! If you have a dog, we can see if our dogs are a good fit. A refundable pet deposit and monthly pet fee will be required depending on the size and needs of the dog.

1 year lease, then option to go month to month afterwards.
