"I’ve lived here for almost 4 years the police are really nice they don’t bother anyone really and the place feels safe. Code enforcement are a little nit picky and bothersome. The trails are beautiful and the neighborhood in general is really nice. "

"there are many community events that are family oriented and fun. Concord park has food trucks and live music events on weekends and a farmers market. Holiday events include a tree lighting with performances from local schools and a visit from Santa. "

"I live and owned 3 homes in the Lake Griffin Estates Community. I love the people and specially next door neighbors. The children are happy and parents feel safe,it is dog friendly. We love the access to all the amenities within our community. We have a high % of professional active and retirees. This the place for a young as well for those who planed to retire."

"Elementary School is very close to us, Junior High and Lake Howell High School has bus stops everywhere. Making it easier for parents to get their child or children off to school. There are parks and a public swimming pool in our neighborhood. I think the area is pretty safe for kids and lots of places to go for kids. Along with a public library."
