About this House

Beautiful 1,166' two-bedroom, two-bathroom single-level condo with only one connecting wall. Cannot hear neighbor (and she is often not home). Granite kitchen countertops. Recently replaced range and large refrigerator. Dishwasher and microwave.

Master bedroom is 17.5' x 12' = 210' plus a mirror-door walk-in closet and attached bathroom with dual sinks and vanities, and a skylight.

Guest bedroom is 11.5' x 9.75' =112' Hallway bathroom has skylight as well.

Private entrance and backyard with a sizable patio and fountain. Wood-burning fireplace inside.

Court it's located on is quiet and extremely safe. Home has security cameras all around outside (which can be removed should you wish).

Two-car garage, with an additional two spots on the driveway. Garage has a recently replaced washer and dryer with extra storage, a home gym and a pool table in it (pool table is blocking the parking area, but we are planning on removing it unless you'd like to use it!)

We've been living here for a while but have started winding up with renovations of the house we will be moving into; we would love to rent to a long-term renter, but looking for at least a 9-month lease. Will be available September 1st.

Condo can come as fully furnished as you'd like, if you want- we are planning on selling off all the furniture but can work something out if you'd like to use some or all of it. We can even throw in the dishes and silverware.

There is a full-sized couch and ottoman, a media center entertainment system with a 65" TV and 5.1 Dolby surround sound in the living room. There is a full bedroom set in the master, with two dressers, a chest, two nightstands, and a California King bed that has a power-adjustable frame and newish foam mattress.

Water, gas, and electricity is ALL included for a flat rate of $225 a month (using up to 600kWh per month; basically, if you don't have an electric car to charge, you shouldn't ever come close to passing this. If you do have a Tesla I have a charger already set up you can use).

Professional gardener is also included, so no need to mow the lawn or trim the rose bushes!

Literally 2 minutes from freeway entrances and 10 minute drive from Martinez. Great schools. 1 mile from Raley's and Ace Hardware; minutes from downtown and Safeway. Lots of great local restaurants.

I will post some better pictures of the place when I get around to cleaning up the other rooms... sorry most of what I have with the place empty are low res from when we bought it. You are welcome to come by and check the place out though if you don't mind some packing boxes and such being out!

9 or 12 month lease then month to month (and possibly sign a renewed full lease)

No smoking and no pets.
