Legal address is 1771 Redmon Road #4 but this doesn’t GPS well. From Eastman Road, go east on Cotton which becomes Country Club. Pass Pinecrest Country Club. Right on Redmon Road. Second left is Pine Ridge. House is last one on the right.
No owner finance on this deal but if you paid $10,000 down and financed $95,000 at 6% for 30 years, your principal and interest payment would be $569.57 per month.
