To Apply: Go to the Avanza Property Management website. At the top, look for the Rentals link, and click on the property. Click on the Black Apply Online Button, and it will direct you to Rentvine, our Rental Management software. It will ask you to create a profile, that will direct you to the online application for the home you are looking to apply to.

Description
Showings:
We schedule showings 2 ways:
1) Apply and become first in line for the home. Once you become first in line for the home, you are then invited to schedule any day/time throughout the week that you would like. We will not be conducting tours until after the tenant moves out of the home late September.

Application Instructions
It takes 15 mins to apply. We respond that same day letting you know your application has been received. We process applications in order received ("1st come, 1st qualified, 1st served"). We only process your application by getting your verbal approval. Applications are refundable minus a $10 transaction fee charged by the software (Our company does not keep that fee).

It is $42/application per adult (18 yrs+). Each adult must provide their own separate application - whether or not they are employed.

Section 8: If your housing voucher is for less bedrooms that than the voucher has stated, the property owner reserves the right to deny the application based on that discrepancy.
