In-unit laundry hookups available for your own stackable or side-by-side washer and dryer (not included). Up to two small pets welcome with a $300/pet deposit.

First month's rent in addition to $2,450.00 security deposit and $300/pet deposit (if applicable) due at signing of rental contract. Rent paid monthly via bank e-transfer. Tenant pays for gas, electricity and trash. Owner pays for water, sewer and gardener. Up to two small pets allowed with a $300/pet deposit. No smoking building. One 1 car garage with remote openers included. Charging of EV not permitted.
