-We charge $65 per person over the age of 18 which covers our cost for completing the screening process.
-We screen using credit, background and eviction checks as well as income verification and rental history.

-If interested, please apply. We look for ways to approve tenants. Many tenants who did not think they qualify do.

Maintenance: Many people ask whether they can do work to a property. Walnut Creek has their own maintenance department and we do make sure the properties we manage are safe homes to live in. However, to protect our owners, we do not allow tenants to make changes or repairs to the property, including painting. If you have a maintenance request, you are able to make those requests using your tenant portal.

Neighborhood: Many times, people will ask what a specific neighborhood or area is like. We cannot easily answer that question because everyone has a different opinion on that. Our suggestion is to drive by a property at several different times of the day and you will get a very realistic feel for what you can expect when you live at this property. You may also call the local police departments for more detail about any crime in the area.

This property could be rented any day and we rent on a first come first served basis. To schedule a showing instantly online visit www.walnutcreekpm.

"We have an awesome Halloween display and that in itself brings together at least 300 kids. That is not including the adults. We love to bring happiness to the people in our community and that is the best way we do it and the neighborhood loves it. We even have people that have been told and come from out of town to check it out."
  • Jeffrey O.
"There are other families in this area and the beach is near and parks are everywhere for your children "
  • Lisa O.
"Do not live in this neighborhood. Neighbors are nice but there are lots of drug deals and bad influences."
  • Lisa J.
"Not a safe neighborhood. Lots of drug deals/use, crime, loud noises. People are rude. Kids are always running around. "
  • Stephane K.

  • Laurabodak
"The school system is terrible and there are shootings, gangs and drugs all throughout the city. There are hardly any good paying jobs in the city and they punish the people who do work with all their taxes!!!!"
  • Neraidariosfigueroa
"Lorain is a cheap place to live.. Lorain Constellation Elementary School is great as well as the middle school. "
  • N.Figueroa
"Lorain is a cheap place to live but not good if you have kids. We are leaving Lorain to get our kids in better schools. There is a lot of gang violence and young teens dying. Don’t want my kids to grow up around that. "
  • Rachel N.
"your own vehicle is required. there is a lot of things to do also within walking distance. if needed needed Lyft and Uber are a feasible option"

"Quiet neighborhood No trouble Friendly neighbors Kids playing in the area and riding bikes Lake at the end of the road "
  • Philip And Amy Bobel
"If you want to live in a community where your neighbors are more like family, and your children will have an endless supply of friends to play with, then Deerfield is the place. We've lived here for 5 years and love it. Everyone is kind and inviting. The only downside is the gun range, which is not moving any time soon. But honestly, after 5 years, we hardly notice the noise. But the nature and people surrounding us make up for it."
  • Ariana
"Grew up on the West Side of Lorain, where most of my family still lives. Certain areas are better than others of course, but generally it is quiet and safe. Lorain has lots to offer like the boardwalk, the Palace theatre, and the International Fest in addition to being close to things like Cedar Point, Cleveland, and tons of shopping"
  • Rpoyle
"I c people walking there dogs all the time an have helped people caught there dogs when they get loose "
  • Kristine K. I.
"I live near downtown but no public transportation. no jobs in this town, so you have to drive to other locations. "
  • Sherrinine
"relatively close to highway, there are communities within easy driving distance, that include stores and restaurants. close to the lake and black river landing"
