Separating the master and both additional bedrooms is your spacious upstairs open loft. Both additional second floor bedrooms are well sized and can easily access the third full bathroom. Rounding out this home is the laundry area which features hookups to accommodate for a full-sized washer & dryer and spacious 2 car garage.

Innovative Realty residents are enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package (RBP) for $50.00/month which includes renters' insurance, HVAC air filter delivery (for applicable properties), utilities management, our best-in-class resident rewards program, and much more! An admin fee of $195.00 will be due at move-in.
We're happy to allow pets in this property, though we cannot allow more than two pets and they must be under 75 pounds. Our pet fee includes a $200 refundable deposit and a $150 non-refundable fee per pet. Sorry, no aggressive breeds.
