Pool heat is an additional $125 per night for the duration of your stay and is only offered from October through May. Pets are allowed upon approval with a $75 pet fee per dog, and all dog waste must be cleaned up and disposed of properly before departure. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval, you may be subject to a fine. No cats are preferred.
The Mesa area provides everything necessary for your stay. You'll be just minutes away from shopping, fine dining, museums, amusement parks, recreational areas, and much more. Nearby attractions include Chaparral Park Playground, Sloan Park, Salt River Tubing, Bass Pro Shop, Mesa Convention Center, Tempe Marketplace, ASU, and Mesa Gateway Airport. Nearby grocers include Fry's, Sprouts, and Walmart. Nearby restaurants include Lolitas Desserts, Baja Joe's, Famous Dave's BBQ, Chick-fil-A, Henhouse Cafe, and Yogis Grill.
The property is under video surveillance and utilizes a decibel monitoring system to ensure noise levels remain reasonable. No smoking, no parties, or events are allowed. The home will be ready for check-in between 4-6 pm AZ time. The renting party must be 25 or older and staying in the home throughout the reservation. A dedicated personal door code will be provided 24 hours prior to check-in via email. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request for an additional charge. The City of Mesa explicitly prohibits excessive outdoor noise, and fines and penalties will be charged against travelers if violated.

Everything is in the long stretch of road that I live on that I would need from day to day. I love this area simply because it has gotten better and its not perfect but its getting better. All we can do is try and take it one day at a time and one small act of kindness a day to change the future of our community we live in. "
