"So many parks I love it. It’s honestly the perfect neighborhood for raising a family. Very safe and people are always out doing things like walking their dogs, going for runs, bike rides, etc. the perfect neighborhood! "
  • Heather D.
"Nice neighborhood, well kept and the schools are nice. Shopping is close and convenient, as well as freeway entrance. "
  • Sbtinker1
"There is a lot of traffic. It doesn’t feel like they are planning the roads well enough to accommodate the increased housing communities. "
  • Meischa D.
"My commute is very long. If you work in SLC, expect to spend at least an hour in the car each way. My daily drive is over 80 miles each way. My wife’s is over 50 each way. I-15 is always under construction and filled with drivers who are either late for something or just forgot they were even driving. It gets old. But if you work in the Ogden area or even out near Promontory, it’s not as bad. "
  • Jasmyn W.
"it is a great neighborhood for older people but not so much for my generation, I am a first time mom and hardly see any kids"
  • Tiff.turner90
"Very family-friendly area. Well maintained with good city support (police, fire, administration, etc). Beautiful views. "
  • Shaltr23
"My neighborhood has great public transportation and is close to the freeway if commuting further south."

"I don’t ever attend community events, especially because I am working during the weekends. People have always seemed to keep to themselves and a little uppity. "
  • Mshinney
"This neighborhood has friendly people of varying backgrounds. It is a safe, quiet area. The mountain views are spectacular. It is very walkable and close to trails."
  • Wswain90
"I have lived in this neighborhood three years and barely know my neighbors first names. With the neighborhood being predominantly LDS it is hard to get to know people outside of the religion. Therefore harder to meet people in the neighborhood"
