To Apply: Application forms are available at our office or via e-mail. Applications must be dropped off in-person and the application fee is $45 per adult applicant. Once approved, a deposit (which is equal to a month of rent) can be made to hold the apartment in your name. To be approved, each application goes through a full background check. An applicant with any felony or eviction history is subject to immediate denial. Application fees are non-refundable. Equal Housing Opportunity.
