About this House

Adorable one bedroom cottage just waiting for you to call it home! This cozy little place is close to everything. Inside is light and bright. Big windows, yard area, nice porch in front and small deck in back. Full sized kitchen with plenty of storage. Large service porch with washer and dryer hookups- no need to go to the laundromat. Great location with peek a boo bay view. If you like a privacy (no shared walls!), a bit of outdoor space, and don't want to live in an apartment with noise and neighbors, this is for you!

This is a NO SMOKING home. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. One year lease. Credit and Background check required for all applicants over 18, and is $39 each payable to the credit check service.

Pets considered on a case by case basis. We're looking for a stable person with steady income of 3x rent or more, credit score of 660 or higher, and no rental evictions.
